All orders are shipped out of our L.A warehouse, California in 1-2 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered (with tracking) 

We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed. 

 

Expedited shipping

Does not speed up the processing of your order, just the shipping part

 

International shipping

We have a partner warehouse in Australia, all other International orders will be shipped from USA

Please note that international orders shipping via USPS or Fedex are subject to duties/taxes.This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local countries duties and taxes. 

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders.

 

Tracking

Is provided once your order has shipped, sometimes it takes till the evening of the day you received your tracking advice for the shipping provider to update their status.
