Order true to size for a relaxed fit, or size up for oversized

Goods are shipped weekdays from the shop (Monday to Friday), normally it takes between 3-5 business days to process your order, if there are any delays for any reason.

Goods are dropped to the post office in the evening, at which point you will receive tracking advice from the service provider which should update the same day around midnight.

You will only receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information. 

We do not take returns based on change of mind

Returns will only be accepted for incorrect or faulty items

We issue refunds only for items that are incorrect or faulty. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or may issue a refund as appropriate.

Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
